HYBRID BATTERY AND WARRANTY

Over 98% of the Toyota & Lexus hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs) sold in Canada since 2001 have never had their original battery replaced. All hybrid components are backed by an 8-year or 160,000 KM warranty. Starting with 2020 model year HEVs, hybrid batteries are now covered by an extended warranty – 10-years or 240,000 KM, whichever comes first.
